Do you want to contribute to planned, efficient, and safe maintenance work? We are looking for someone with a keen eye for planning and a desire for continuous improvement!

You will be part of a team of 15 colleagues who together ensure that our maintenance efforts are carried out effectively. Maintenance tasks within mechanics may include assembly and replacement of rollers, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.

In this role, your task is to answer the questions what needs to be done, how it should be done, and when the work should be performed. This includes, for example:

• Planning and coordinating work during scheduled stops
• Assisting in problem-solving if something unforeseen arises
• Preparing cost estimates for materials and resources
• Informing affected operational staff about the work
• Being the contact person for internal and external contractors
• Collaborating with the planning group, supervisors, and contractors
• Suggesting improvements

Qualifications

• You are a skilled practitioner in mechanics or a similar field and want to take the next step in your development. We are also open to those currently in a similar role.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English as communication and documentation occur in these languages
• You have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with computer-based maintenance systems.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is organized and structured but can also be flexible and adaptable when needed. You are proactive and take the initiative to find solutions and make decisions. Since you have many points of contact, it is beneficial if you can build relationships and take a leading role to achieve good results.
